National Academy of Permanent Cosmetics?

DeEtte Balfourd is a Licensed Permanent Cosmetic Practitioner,

Certified Instructor and has been in the industry since 1992. 

 

The price per each procedure is $80.00

(Original prices:   Eyebrows $575.   Eyeliner $675.   Lip Color $775.)

All procedures are done by students working under close supervision of DeEtte Balfourd.

If your requested procedure and scheduling choices align with our students' model schedule,

DeEtte will contact you directly within a few days to confirm appointment date and time.

If your schedule does not coincide with our students'  model schedule we will add you to our Model Program for future classes.
