Tuition and Registration

Your Permanent Cosmetics course is limited to 2 students for semi-private instruction.
The beginner course includes:
- 225 page comprehensive instruction manual
- 35 hours home pre-study and 65 hours classroom study which includes hands on with 2 of each procedure, with a total of 6 full days
- Techniques in Eyeliner and Lash Enhancement, Eye Brows and Lip Color.
- All Cosmetic Tattoo supplies will be provided for use in class
- Complete personal Permanent Cosmetics Kit including anethestics the perform at least 15 procedures

- Tuition: $5,200.
- Deposit: A $500 deposit is due at the time of registration to reserve a course date and receive the Course Manual including confirmation, course outline, home study requirements, model dates and more details.
- Final Payment: Payment is due in full 30 days before the course begins.
- Discount: Receive a $100 discount if payment is received in full at the time of registration.
- Payment Methods: We accept Venmo, Check, money order, or credit cards (a 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments).
- Mailing Address: Checks or money orders can be mailed to: DeEtte Balfourd, PO Box 1803, Ennis, MT 59729.
- Once course date is confirmed, instructional manual mailed and the balance tuition received, there are no refunds
